316 Paslanmaz Çelik, Inconel 625 ve Ti-6AL-4V Alaşımlarının Sıcaklığa Bağlı Olarak Ayrılma Direnci

This study investigates the temperature-dependent debonding properties of 316 Stainless Steel (SS), Inconel 625, and Ti-6Al-4V alloys in additive manufacturing using finite element method. The analysis reveals notable relations between mechanical resistance among these materials. 625 demonstrates superior performance at elevated temperatures, while SS show earlier degradation. Regarding resistance, performs comparably to alloys, with exhibiting consistent below 500 °C. SS, however, experiences a rapid loss lower temperatures. These findings provide valuable insights for material selection design optimization manufacturing. Further research can expand our understanding materials' behavior under different temperature regimes method, enhancing their application potential.
